2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
3. Products & descriptions
We sell premium laces, clothing, and tailoring essentials. Product images, colours, and dimensions are illustrative. Slight variations in shade, texture, or finish may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing batches. Country of origin and other statutory declarations (where required) are shown on the product page or packaging.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The total payable amount (product price + taxes + shipping/other charges, if any) is shown before you confirm payment.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid as per our Refund Policy and applicable RBI timelines via PayU / your original payment method.
Order confirmation and invoices will be sent to the email / account details you provide. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
5. Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged, even after confirmation.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayU (payment aggregator). We accept methods enabled on checkout (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, EMI if offered, etc.). YThready does not store your full card/UPI credentials. See our Payment Policy and Privacy Policy.
7. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped using logistics partners via Shiprocket (and/or other carriers we engage). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, courier capacity, weather, strikes, or force majeure. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
8. Cancellation, returns & refunds
Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for defective, deficient, spurious, or misdescribed goods, or delayed delivery beyond stated schedules where legally applicable.
9. User account & conduct
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, post false reviews, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or engage in unfair trade practices.
10. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, product photography, text, and design on ythready.com belong to YThready or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit site content without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, YThready’s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profits, or courier delays beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify YThready against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, or provision of false information.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, labour disputes, or logistics network failures.
14. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including consumer commissions), courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You may also raise complaints under our Grievance Redressal Policy.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
